Products and Delivery
Selborne Research sells digital products including PDF sector primers and Excel valuation templates. All products are delivered electronically via download link after purchase. Products are provided as-is at the time of purchase.
Licence and Permitted Use
When you purchase a Selborne Research product, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the product for your own professional or educational purposes.
You may:

Refund Policy
Because our products are digital and delivered immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds as a matter of course. However, if you experience a technical issue with a product (corrupted file, missing content), contact us and we will resolve the issue or provide a refund at our discretion.
Under UK consumer law, you have a 14-day cooling-off period for digital purchases. However, by downloading a product immediately after purchase, you acknowledge that you are waiving your right to cancel once the download has begun, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
